Signing up to the Activity programme
If you wish to sign up for one of our exciting activities happening throughout the season, please follow these steps:
• Visit our parks website or click on this link – www.seldonsgoldengate.co.uk
• You will be directed to the activities page
• If it’s your first time using this service you will be required to register
• Please follow the on screen instructions
You can book activities up to a week in advance
Loyalty card
Your new loyalty cards can be collected from the Sales Office and can be used in Jakes Venue at Whitehouse Leisure Park and The Clubhouse at Golden Gate. As a caravan owner your loyalty card will entitle you to a 5% discount on all food and drink purchased at the above Venues. The loyalty card will replace the cards issued for season 2023, which will no longer be accepted. Don’t forget you will need to register your card when you first use it at the Bar.
Swimming Pool
Your Pool account will automatically reactive ready for the new season. If you have not yet created your complimentary pool membership, further information on how to do this is available by following this Link
Complimentary Guest Check in
If you wish to take advance of our complimentary guest check in and key release service please remember that you will need to complete a guest registration form, which can be downloaded by clicking on this link. Forms are to be emailed checkin@sfparks.co.uk
Caravan Insurance
If you have not done so already, please ensure that you hold valid insurance for your caravan ready for the new season and that a copy of the certificate has been provided to the park. Please click this link
